Placeholder notice. SheetBridge is pre-launch and not yet generally available. These draft terms describe our intended approach; final, lawyer-reviewed terms will replace them before we open access. Joining the waitlist creates no paid obligation.
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Agreement
By joining the SheetBridge waitlist or, after launch, by using the SheetBridge application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We will notify waitlist members and users of material changes.
2. The service
SheetBridge provides two-way synchronization between Google Sheets and a connected Shopify store, including automatic versioned backups and one-click rollback. Specific capabilities depend on your plan (Free, Starter, Pro, or Plus) and the limits stated on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
3. Waitlist
The waitlist is a way to register interest and receive a launch notification. It is free, creates no billing relationship, and you may leave it at any time. Early-access stores may be offered founder pricing; any such offer will be confirmed in writing.
4. Accounts & responsibilities
After launch, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you place in your connected sheets and store, for maintaining the security of your credentials, and for the configuration of your sync schedules. SheetBridge is designed to verify, snapshot, and pause on conflicts to reduce risk, but you remain in control of what you choose to write.
5. Billing
Paid plans, where applicable, are billed through the Shopify App Store on the cycle shown at checkout. There are no setup fees and no per-sync charges. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and is effective at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SheetBridge to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the security or reliability of the platform for other users.
7. Warranties & disclaimers
We build SheetBridge to be reliable and reversible, and we take that seriously. That said, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheetBridge's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using SheetBridge and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination, you may request export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Operating entity & governing law
SheetBridge is operated by the business behind sheetbridge.app. The final operating entity, registered address, and governing jurisdiction will be named in these terms before the app accepts payment. Until then, no paid relationship is created and these draft terms govern only your use of this pre-launch site and the waitlist.
