1. Who we are

SheetBridge ("SheetBridge," "we," "us") provides a two-way synchronization service between Google Sheets and Shopify stores. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@sheetbridge.app.

2. Information we collect

• Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit so we can notify you at launch. That is the only thing we collect at this pre-launch stage.
• Store & catalog data (after launch). Once you connect a Shopify store and a Google Sheet, we process the product, variant, inventory, price, SKU and SEO data required to perform a sync, plus the versioned snapshots we create to enable rollback.
• Usage & diagnostics. Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (no cross-site tracking, no selling of data) help us understand site performance and reliability.

3. How we use it

We use your information solely to operate the service. Today, pre-launch, that means sending the launch notification you requested. After launch, it will also mean running and verifying syncs, creating and restoring backups, providing support, and keeping the product secure and reliable. We do not sell your data.

4. Sharing & subprocessors

We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run SheetBridge (for example, hosting, database, and email delivery), each bound to protect it. We will publish a current list of subprocessors before launch. We will disclose data only when required by law.

5. Data retention & backups

After launch, versioned snapshots will let you roll back changes; we will retain them for the rollback window tied to your plan, then delete them on a rolling basis. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove you or until you decline the launch invitation.

6. Your rights & choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@sheetbridge.app. To leave the waitlist, reply to any email from us or contact us directly.

7. Security

Reliability and safety are the core of the product. Once we process store data after launch, we will encrypt it in transit, restrict access on a need-to-know basis, and design every write path around verification and reversibility. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this page as the product matures and replace this placeholder with our final policy before launch. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members and users.
